Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Zirum operated by Zirum Corporation.

We do not accept returns without valid reason. Any purchase made on the website Zirum only be returned if you are not completely satisfied by our product. The product should be unopened or damaged in any way. 

In order to be eligible for a return, you have to return the product within 30 days after delivery for only unused product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

We use USPS First Class; you shall bear the delivery fees of the return.
