Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zirum The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Terms 

Shipping is available for USA only.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We also provide free shipping for orders above $ 100.

Shipment Time

We value your choice to shop with us and we endeavor to make your shipping experience easy and fast as reasonably possible.

Our Service Delivery Time shall be the standard 3 Business Days for close locations and 3-7 Business Days for locations that are a bit far.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkpoint depending on the location and the purchased items.  

There is no restriction above a certain price. The available shipping methods are USPS currently.

Delivery delays may occur occasionally. Thus, communication shall be made in the event it happens. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zirum is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibilities (taxes, etc.).

Damages Zirum is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
