MulZi-Collagen Nourishing Salad Bowl

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons MulZi-collagen powder
  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, lettuce)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or couscous
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon MulZi-collagen powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Salad Base: In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, nuts, quinoa or couscous, shredded carrots, and cucumber slices.

  2. Prepare Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, honey or agave, and Dijon mustard. Once combined, gently whisk in the MulZi-collagen powder until it's well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toss & Serve: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well-coated. Serve immediately.
