MulZi-collagen Carob Chocolate Muffins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup carob flour
- 1/2 cup MulZi-Collagen powder

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
