Collagen Overnight Oats Breakfast

These Collagen Overnight Oats are perfect if you're looking for a nourishing breakfast you can prep the night before and grab-and-go on your way out the door in the morning. 

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened oat milk (or nut milk of your choice) 
  • ⅓ cup raw oats 
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop MulZi-collagen
  • 1 tablespoon raw almonds or walnuts, chopped. 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a Mason jar and shake until combined.
  2. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
