These Collagen Overnight Oats are perfect if you're looking for a nourishing breakfast you can prep the night before and grab-and-go on your way out the door in the morning.
Ingredients (1 Serving)
- ⅓ cup unsweetened oat milk (or nut milk of your choice)
- ⅓ cup raw oats
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon raw almonds or walnuts, chopped.
